Malawicultures
Gerard McSorley was born in Omagh, Co Tyrone and has been acting in theatre and film in Ireland for the last 33 years. Mainly a theatre actor he began his movie career when Jim Sheridan cast him in "In the Name of the Father". Over the next ten years he appeared in about 30 movies culminating in the multi-award winning "Omagh".
