This film traces back the tragic kidnapping of a 3-year-old child, Mehdi. After many research, the parents still can't mange to find him. 15 years after the child was kidnapped by a beggar, the father, director of the State's newspaper, recognizes his son on a photograph taken by his journalist. A long investigation therefore begins on one of the fishing harbors where the kid, now teenager, used to sell cigarettes. The teenager ends up also recognizing his father as well as his mother after being separated for several years, but he will not forget his adoptive mother, who caused this separation.
